  Not stronly recommend. The key of house not found to open the front door and
  There was nobody no contact on The day although we pre booked to 3days 2nights and pre paid amount $1065 , 3months ago. And also didn't received about information of the key.we were waiting on the street there for 5hours after left message to the owner and around walking like crazy to contact to the owner . But no answer no reply no come anybody.
  Also we had accident to looking for the another house. It's crazy.
  
  No redemption just sorry only me and refunded after 10days when return to melbourne. although the owner told me that available any redemption by this case .
  
  The owner many times contacted me about payment but actually the day couldn't contact to the owner.
  
  I am too boring and too hard. and too tired as the owner called me in at 5am i am sleeping and sent wrong information of the bank account for payment. So i did attempt to cancel days ago before the booking date but it's too late.
  
  10 peoples lost way at Queenstown as no house.
  
  Our holiday in New Zealand was very poor and pain.
