  I visited Skyline both Rotorua and Queenstown countless times. The service just got worse and worse and to the worst. I didn't want photos taken, for many years, they actually respected this decision as any reasonable person should. However, they chose to violate my right today. They took a photo of the back of my head, and actually had the guts to show it to me. When I said that's not nice, I just didn't want the photo taken. The rude answer was told by several staff, who surrounded me at the time saying - "It's our job" "Well. You don't need to buy it.". I mean, is it really relevant whether I want to purchase the photo or not? I just didn't want my photo taken. And, how come this company put their staff in such awkward situation? so their policy is - ignore customers refusal and just snap a photo as fast as you can? I just find it hard to believe. Besides, the dude in front of me waved his hand, and the "photographer" left him alone. What was the different treatments about? Will never go up there again. Just had enough.
